Please Help !!!
Spent all day on a system today trying to add a Key Voice Debut VMAIL(know this product inside and out). On the DBS the vmail transfers to and ext. no problem but only forwards to the persons mailbox the first time. After that all NoANS/Busy calls forward to the main menu the the persons personal message. We ran a trace and we see the digits be passed on the first call but nothing on the second and on. What is going on?
How do we determine what level software is in the DBS? What level do you need for Vmail to work? Sorry for all the questions.
