I am having a problem with a KX-TA624-4. The unit has a KX-TA62491 OGM/FAX card installed. When I try to configure the 520-526 UCD programs the system just give the 3-beep error indicating I have entered an invalid program code. Any ideas why the 520-526 codes are not available?

it sounds like you need to set the extensions in the ucd group to their own ext group. and then assign that group to ucd. things would be easier with a tvs 50 and they cant be more than a couple hundred more than the disa/fax card

good luck

Thanks for the input,Pat. However,
the UCD features are what the customer is interested in - not the Auto Attendant.
The ext's are already assigned to their own group.

Are you looking to set up a "ring group" or a
"station hunt group" Get that working 1st.
Program 600 assigns extensions to extension groups.
Program 100 enables or disables the hunting feature, 101 sets circular or terminate. Leave this disabled for a ring group.
The codes you refer to 520 - 526 are not mentioned at all in the V4 manual.
By chance did you get a hold of a Canadian or UK version?
Codes 518 through 599 are not used on the version 4.

My processor is NOT a canadian version. The manual I have does not indicate in any way that it is the manual for a canadian version
and it DOES have pages for programs 520-526.
I have set up the hunt group, I have extentions assigned to the hunt group, and it is set for circular hunt. I am trying to establish UCD parameters, which are programs 520-526.
