Quick, I don't show a "280" card. It's probably not a US version. We have 6 ISDN modules, all are KX-TD 382, 384, 386, 284, 290(for PRI) and the PLL 112 card. our cards are compatible with Lucent, (AT&T) 5ESS with NI1 compatibility only. Our ordering code is EZ-ISDN 1 To get ours working as CO's we usally only have to program 3 fields, 109 expansion unit type, 453 SPID assignment, and 454 DN assignment. In MOST cases all other fields are left at the default. As for ringing, you may have it set up as DIL 1-1 which is our codes 407 & 408. Don't use these if you want more hen one extension to ring, use "extension ringing assignment for ISDN" which is our codes 455 & 456 Other then that, I'm not familure with the European versions. As for the SLT with the busy signal, can you call it?

MrGemini thanks for replying I cannot find in my manuals the codes 455,456 instead i found 448,449 (EXTENSION RINGING ASSIGNMENTS-DAY/NIGHT FOR ISDN)but there i can assign only one extension to ring. For my second problem with the busy tone, yes i can ring the extension. I appreciate your help Thanks again.

Try this on the phone that gets a busy signal when you pick it up. After getting busy signal, do a hookflash to receive dial tone, then enter 790 (clear all features). I use this all the time. I don't know what puts a phone into that mode. Hope this helps.

Quick, go into 448 & 449 and when you see the port, location and ext. # press the next key, you should be able to enter another extension.

DrPbx, thanks a lot for your help about the extension with the busy signal. It works fine now. MrGemini,in codes 448,449 i cannot programm second extension because anytime i push the next button the system goes to the next CO. Anyway my real problem is that i want when the operator is busy, the second incoming CO(MSN) to be heard. The Call waiting ring tone is not enough. I don't know if a parallel connection with the XDP enabled could help. Anyway, thanks everybody for your usefull information. quick
