Our client has a Panasonic DB16 and said their on-hold message is playing on the speakers on all of the phones. The audio cable from the MOH is plugged into the audio port on the system - not the paging port. Is this a programming feature? If so, how do we turn stop the on-hold message from playing on the speakers?
