do you have the manual? that is the first step. it is in plain english from there. pretty simple but i recommend the manuals so you don't make any mistakes.

Thank you</font> The only model number I see on the front is VB42020...It is configured 6 x 16...if that helps...the manual I have appears to be a user's guide, not a programming book...thanks for any help you may offer.
