When call on line 1 is xfrd to ext 111, it beeps and does not xfr.
Ame with line 5 xfr to ext 108.
Also,
message waiting light is staying on on both ext 101 & 109 even after clearing messages from the TVS 100.
Any one who can help oint me to fixes for these?

Message light could be from another station not just the vmail.

Are you sure that's a "DB" 1232 ?
Get the exact model # and we'll go from there
