First, I would like to thank everyone for all the info I have received from this site. Second, on my 1232-7 I try to use intercom to dial an ext. group that has a system assigned float no. (192) All I get is a busy signal. From what I am understanding, is all ext.s in that group should ring at the same time. What am I missing. Thanks in advance Dan

By default 192 should ring all extensions in extension group 2. Try 191 and see if it rings all the extensions in group 1. It's possible something was changed from the default. 813 sets the floating number assignment and 602 sets the extension group assignment. You did default the system before programming?
