Trying to install a transtel voice mail on the panasonic kxdt1232 with dtmf intergrations. can not get the cfbna to go to mailbox.? when monitor the port, no digits sent from pbx. anyone know what the dialing string for panasonic would be?

I've never used anything other then the Panasonic voice mail on the panasonic controls. I would put a VMT key, (voice mail transfer) on each phone for what ever leading analog port you have the voice mail on. From each phone, program 99-8- and then the leading voice mail Ext. then store. As for the Fw/bna the "the follow on ID" is automatic when usng the panasonic voice mail. what you need is for the FW/BNA to go to the pilot VM port and dial #6 and the mailbox # I'll look into it a little furthur and see what I can come up with.
