I was called out to look at this system and am pretty comfortable with DBS. The ext light flashes slowly on Ext 10 and I cannot go into any kind of programming. Reset system to default, with no luck, clearing the light or going into programming. Has anyone seen this condition and how do I clear it? Thanks

I just dragged my book out-"EXT light indicates that you are on a call" I've never seen this and I couldn't find anything else in the manual that would indicate why the light would flash. You *did* default properly, yes? (Clock back to 12:00) If there is a FP installed? Maybe remove it and try? Last resort- Yuu can call me for a working system
