What software do I use to programm a kx-tvp 100 voice mail? I'm tring to add a mailbox from the system managers mailbox but no sucess. I think procomm or hypertermial? thanks

You're right, Wayne. It's just a regular Procomm type program that you need. I can't remember if you need a null modem cable or not though.

I believe the TVP is a Euro version but yes I'm pretty sure you still need the NULL modem cable or adapter same as on the US versions.
9600, 8, N,1 with no flow control.
Hyperterm works well.
On the US TVS versions if you reboot the unit with the rotary switch set at 1 it resets the RS 232 parameters to the above.
