hello to all. i have a cust with a panasonic kx-td1232 with a kx-tvs50. i dont know a lot about this system. the vm user guide isnt too helpful. how can they transfer a caller directly to a user mbx with out ringing the phone first. is this possible. thanks, dave.

You need to put a voicemail transfer key on the phones.
program 99, press a key, 8-165 and store.
Then while having a conversation press the VMT key and either dial the Ext./mailbox # or press a dss key and hang up. [Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]
