Ok, I've messed with this thing for far too long and need help. I have this system with four KX-T7730 (jacks 2-5) and one KX-T7735 phones (jack 1). I want the system to ring a few times at the main station before moving on to the automated attendant, but for some reason if I turn on AA it switches right after the first ring. I only want the system using AA if the secratary can't get to the phone. I must have overlooked the setting I need and have had to disable AA altogether. Any help appreciated. =)

the voicemail is an extension. you need to set the CO lines for that extension to delay ring. adjust this as necessary for night and day.

I must be missing something then. I have the CO delay set at 10 sec during day mode but it still transfers over before the first ring even ends. I must have something screwed up somewhere.

The KX-TA624 only has a max of 20 seconds delay, I believe there is also something to do with DISA.
