I want to delete all these users and message that they have and set it back to factory. Just like the way it first come when i first purchase it.

When you post to a forum, start a New Topic. This post is over 7 years old and I don't think the user with the tech sheet visitw this board anymore.
In your post, tell us what you're trying to do. The TVS came with a manual and it's pretty complete...for Panasonic.
