We have a Panasonic KX-TA624 with TVS 50 voicemail at a customer site. It’s been in for about 2 years. We’ve had several different problems with it and have even sent the TVS 50 back for repair.
When working with support all they will say is that it is either a corrupt database or bad ground. We have defaulted the system twice and have moved the ground several times but end up hooking it back up to the Panamax surge and CO protector. We have also installed a Minute Man line conditioning UPS. The problems are sporadic and usually go away after a reset and may not have problems for a couple of months. The latest is both vm ports answering at the same time. Any suggestions?
