Can you program the phone/vps to pick up these type of calls without ringing into the system and / or with minimal rings. I currently have the VPS set to pick up in 5 rings. I would like to block Private and Out of Area calls from ringing 5 times.

You can on the newer tda series of systems to an extent.
as for 1232 i dont think so.
