Want to eliminate custom service menus and revert to a live attendant with voice mail service. We still want VM subscribers to be able to call into the TVS-120 from the outside to get messages without going through the live attendant. Any tips or suggestions on the best setup to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.

for that you would need to setup a back line that is answered immediately by the voicemail. otherwise you need the receptionist to transfer everyone to 165. email me if you have further questions.
