I finally got my speed dial to work, well almost. I am using the prefix 81. What happens is when line 1 is in use and you try to system speed dial it goes to the intercom. I would like to use the next available line. What does the 8 mean, and the 1. Is the 1 just to use line 1? How, or what would I put to make the system use the next available line? Or just use either lines 1 or 2? I really appreciate the help. Also does anyone know where I can get a manual that explains how to program this system, better then the Panasonic? Thanks

81 tells the system that you want to call up a line in trunk group 1 in your case the system is probably in default which puts the 1st 8 co lines in trunk groups 1-8 respectivly. instead of 81 just use a 9
