I have a customer with KX-TA 1232 & VPS 120 set up for live operator anwsering during the day and custom service menu for night.
If operater 1 (x101) can't anwser the call, it goes to operator 2 (x117), and then to operator 3 (x101) again.
From time to time they close the office for meetings and training. At these times they would like to be able to call forward operator 1 calls to a mailbox that has a message with that days temporary closure information and have callers leave a message.
Can calls be forwarded to a mailbox only or does it have to be in the 1232's ext range.... if possible at all.
If not, any setup suggestions for this request.
