How do I make the message lite, lite on sta. 101. Seems this is always a problem. Messages are left in the
Gen'l Del'y Mbx, but no lite.

But is your Gen Delvy MB actually MB101? Did you send it there via INRA or thru a dial tree? IF INRA it sends the follow on info of the lowest jk.

What version is this TD816 ?
I suggest you use custom menuing and set the no dtmf input to mailbox 101.
also make sure that the mwl is working on 101.

You have to tell the voicemail system that your feneral mb is 101 and not 998.
