From the operator/Manager extension press:
781# day
782# night
783# lunch
780# to cancell
pres the # on any display set to confirm the mode

Yeah I had found that in the manual, but I was looking for 1 simple button, apparently not possible?

you can prog a single button for day mode & a second button for night mode
for day mode
press prog
press button you want to set
dial 2
dial 781#
press store
for night mode same as above only change to
dial 782# & store
