Hey all...
I have a client that wishes to hook up a regular answering machine to an XDP Port on the main (01) jack. They are trying to do this inexpensively without purchasing a TVS system. Any ideas on the implementation, and what I should watch out for? The system is a TD-816.

I would make sure the XDP is active for that port or it won't answer a second or third line if they are on that phone.
