Currently I have my 624's COs setup to ring at jack 01. I've setup hunting groups, but when someone calls and 01 is busy, it does not go to the next extension in the group. How do I get this to work?
I have a KX-TVS50 on a KX-TA624 system. When someone calls they get the custom service prompt that lets them enter the extenion they want at anytime or they go through the menu to get to an extension. But it pages the extension, I would like to call the extension instead. Can I do this?
How do I get rid of the flashing light when Forwarding it turned on?? I have a T7730 phone on a TA624 system.

northflacomps, where's your installer?
You really need to get a Tech. out there to go over all these issues with you and show you some of the basics as far as programming.
