We have a TD1232-7 with TVS100 (4 port) set up as VM only. There are 2 incoming CO's that 3 extensions answer. All extensions have busy/no answer set to VM. We want to migrate to all incoming calls going to custom service with tree directory. To start we want only calls that aren't answered to go to custom service. Do we set 2 ports on TVS100 to custom service and leave 2 ports as VM? We would set intercept to 2 custom service ports on TVS. Or if we set all ports to custom service would VM still work for extensions?

Set all 4 ports to custom menu ###
this will not have a bearing on voicemail or voicemail transfer.
Just curious, how did you end up with the latest version of TD1232 and an early version of voicemail?

We originally had a -3 unit with the TVS, but we had to replace it quickly, after a serious power problem (lightning) at the location.
