I need to be able to toggle between handset & Headset. I've looked in the manual and it says to refer to Station Programming, but I cant find it. Any help would be appreciated. ------------------ | Capitol Communications | Telephone Systems

Cap, you didn't state what system you have but if it's a digital TD system the press intercom 99, 91 for handset, 92 for headset. There is no toggle that I know of. I believe all this does is allow you to use the speakerphone button to answer the calls. as I remember it will also disable the auto answer as that will come through the headset so you won't hear any pages through that set if your away from it. If I remember correctly it always made more sense to just use the button on the headset controller to turn it on and off. Is this a Plantronics?

Thanks for the quick reply. It's a KXTD-1232 and a GN Netcom Amp/Headset. ------------------ | Capitol Communications | Telephone Systems

I think Mr.Gemini meant to say is press the Program button, dial 99, then 91 for handset and 92 for headset.
"you are correct sir" Thank you, Gem
