The new voice mail is coming out in a few months and I have a little info on it.
Voice prompts sound better. She doesn't sound so abrupt or rude. Supposedly it will come with a few different prompt voices to choose from. It has email integration with .wav encapsulation to email and a few other things.
I do not know if there is soft key integration though.....I sure hope so.
