I have a KX-TD1232 and need to change some names in the system when some calls in after hours. I have the KX-TD Programmer but can't seem to find a way to do it through it. Is there a way to do this through the phone?

It sounds like you need to change names in the voice mail system's directory of names, not in the phone system itself. Do you know what kind of voice mail your system is using? That's going to be necessary in order for me to provide you with assistance.

It is a TVS 200. I also have the VoiceMail Master program if this helps.

Just so you know, neither of those programs are supported by Panasonic and both have been know to cause problems.
