Does anyone know what the feature is called that allows one extension to 'eves drop' on another extension and how to invoke it?
I can find now where in the Panasonic 1232 manuals to use the feature. The need is to monitor support calls for quality improvement.
Thanks all
Thanks much for any assitance provide.

Executive Busy Override. You have to activate it in program 505 on a per ext. basis. Check out pages 468-469 & 470 in your user manual.

Panasonic executive busy over ride is the only way to to it. keep in mind that you will have to get into the 990 field to eliminate the beep if you are wanting to do it unannounced. also your end is not muted, so you would have to keep quiet, also the intercom button will light on the person you are listening to, so they would know you are listening in.
