Since I first bought my TD 816 and VS 50 a few years ago, I ahve always had sound quality problems:

1. If I conference two outside lines, one party can barely hear the other.

2. Often, there is a lot of static and noise when someone calls in and gets VM, especially if there are two at once.

3. If I forward an inbound call from my extension to an outside line, the calling party can barely hear me on the phone to which the call has been forwarded.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
