evan1, please complete your profile for us.
You didn't say what system this is on but assuming you have a TA-624 you would press intercom, 7311# for system CO call waiting and intercom 7321# for intercom call waiting.
If it is a TA 624 look under "call waiting" in your user manual, pages 3-41 & 3-42

Hi Gemeni,
Thanks for ur reply,
We have TA-624 system. We connected one KX-T7730 and two other regular phones to TA-624.We also connected TVS-50 voice processing system to TA-624.
I did exactly what you recommended.
From KX-T7730 i have done the following:

1. Lift the handset.
2. Press 7311#
3. We got confirmation tone "CW(CO) ON" in the display.
4. From an outside line, Called main number xxx-xxx-xx90, ext. 101
5. From my cell , called main number xxx-xxx-xx90, ext. 101.
6. We didn't get any call waiting tone in the
xxx-xxx-xx90, ext 101.

Please help.

Thanks,
Evan1

to switch on call waiting you must do on the ext you want to have the call waiting on ie if you want it on ext 106 then you must go offhook on ext 106 and type 7311#

also because ext 101 is an annalog phone you should switch on parrell mode so all the features work on the annalog side of the ext

1 .enter system programe mode
2 .enter 610 as system prog
3. press sp phone
4. enter the last 2 digits of the ext no:
5 . use the select to set as enable
6. press autodial store

it should work then

if you have the Tvs 50 answer the line and then you dial ext. ( I believe this is what you described) you must turn on "use call waiting on busy" in the Class of service assigned to the mailbox you are dialing after the Tvs50 answers.
