I have a questions about this scenario.
My client has 4 sales people that are never in the office but are assigned voicemail extensions. When someone calls there extension, they want the phone call forwarded to their cell phone.
So, I went into programming an allow transfer to outside line. I also went into the Voicemail setting (via hypercom). There are some setting under the Voicemail section I am not sure about.
Do I set the voicemail to transfer or leave it at system?
Thanks all.

Fairly certain on a 624 you would have to setup the phone to call forward to a CO. for the voicemail to do that you need to be in DPT which isnt possible on a 624. So if you have available Ext. it doesn't even have to have a phone installed, simply plug a phone into it, call fwd it to whatever number.
