I tried to forward CO to outside line from a phone model kx-t7433: I pressed FWD/DND, 6, and when I press 9, on screen apear Not Valid. I checked the COS and the call transfer is enabled. Thanks

Please complete your profile. This board is actually designed more for the US versions rather then the C & UK. In most cases operation is similar but not exact. Are you sure the access code is 9? can you dial 9 on a set and get a co? Did you enable call trans. to outside line? US program code 503 and call forward to outside line US program code 504? MrG

Completed. I have Model kx-td1232CE with double cabinets, ROM version: P241H91125B. On the first cabinet I have A1=16SLC, A2=16SLC, S3=ISDN(pri) and on the second cabinet EXT1, EXT2, EM=4E&M. The guy who was in charge with this was left and I am new in this domain. So, I need to Forward all calls (locals and mobiles) in Night mode to an outside mobile phone. For programming I used the software from Panasonic (e1232b2.exe - ver:3.43b2)

Yes, I get a co when I dial 9.

Yes, in Class of services Call Transfer and Call forward are both enabled.

Between the FWD/DND code and your access CO code 9, you have to make a choice of: 0 (all internal and trunk calls), 1 (only internal calls) or 2 (only trunk calls) will be forwarding.

Yes. Now it works. Thanks a lot. I didn't find that in the manuals! Now can I automatize this? So, when system go to night mode all calls to be forwarded?
Best regards
