I recently installed this package for a small business. He had purchased it new. Unfortunately, when it arrived it did not have 581 version but 451. I have not been able to get the MWIs to illuminate on the 7731 phones, when a message is received. Have contacted the vendor already and am awaiting an answer re: the s/w level. Question: am I on the right path in regard to the issue? Using APT integration via QS on the TVS50. Ports 7&8 for integration.

One thing, make sure the mailbox settings do not have "send all calls to voicemail" as yes. Drove me nuts on one.
