I have a number of groups. One of these groups is another company. What I would like to do is to change the ring tone of the phones located in a specific group. Is that possible and if so how?
Would it also be possible to change the colour of the screen when this group is called?

you can change the ring tone by programing a icd group key on your dss keys and put in the group number and the tone you want , be aware that the number of icd keys will then correspond to the ammount of calls you can handle with that group, a bit like loop keys on the 1232/816
