I have a customer with a KX-TA 624 with KX-TVS 50 voice mail. The auto attendant answers on the first ring and callers can pick a number for the department they want. They want to change the system so that a receptionist can answer the calls and only have the auto attendant pick up if not answered in 4 rings or when the receptionist hits a night button. I have changed programming in 408, 409 and 411 and verified that 006 is in manual mode. What am I missing? How can I make this work for the customer?

Make sure there are no entries in 414-415-416
This acts as a DIL 1-1.
Set them all to "Normal"
Delay the ringing to the voicemail ports using 411-412-413
