set up a mailbox for the operators extension and then set that extension to call forward B/NA to the voicemail. From the Oper. Ext. press Intercom, Fwd/dnd 5165 and hang up. If that extension has a mailbox it should go into it, if not you should get the main AA or custom greeting. If this is a Pre -1 version you may have problems. MrG

I am using for operator extension 121 jack 01, and for second operator ext 122 jack 22. already set-up mb 121 and 122, and program fwd no answer to 165, but only if I dial 121 from any extension it go to voice mail, when dial 0 it ring 121 and 122 simultaneous for about 10 times then it disconnect. What do you think I need ti fix?

I'm not sure if this will work but we can try this. Go into field 990, area 5, bit 15 and change it to a 1. remember to count right to left.
Then go into field 006 and disable Oper. #2 MrG

Just to clarify, are the callers dialing '0' from the voicemail or are these extensions on the phone system?
