I have a Panasonic KT-X 816D with a TVS-125. (Both latest revision). I built a custom service #1 for day operation. Press 2 for customer service. When the caller presses 2, I want it to ring at ext #101 first, if busy or no answer, next ring to ext #100, if ext #100 is busy or no answer, go back to a voice mail box.(could be general delivery.) If I put exts. # 100 and 101 in a UCD group, can you forward to a UCD group in the custom service? And if so, how? Is there a different way to do this? Would a ring group work better and can you assign a mailbox to the ring group, What about a phantom number???

You can put the two in a Circular Hunt Group. Point the digit 2 to the Hunt Group Intercom number (191=group 1, 192=group 2, etc.). Build a mailbox for the group. Forward all mail from the group mailbox to the MB101. Use supervised transfer (default) to the group.
There was a problem sending someone to a UCD group with going back to a mailbox, but that may have been corrected with later versions. Not sure.
