Hello y'all,
Am certified, installing first TDA50.
Having spent considerable time implementing an upgrade of the maintainence tool I find myself confronting another glitch.
When access registration page it asks for tech id, dealer id, and dealertship id. Have entered my (5 digit)-(four digit) tech support id in as many combinations I can think of and no luck.
Tech id and dealer id I'm used to but dealership id is new. Neither name of my business nor any combination of my tech support numbers works. Being Saturday, I can't get any help from Panasonic.
Install is best done today if I can get the darned thing registered so it will operate properly.

Your dealership ID is on one of the letters in the packet you received from Panasonic.

hi gem

i take it from your reply that you have tech id, dealer id, and dealertship id in order to get the TDA software running is this right why then not in europe i can download and install all versions of the software and the only question i have been asked is where on my hard drive i want to put it this is a bit of a double standard for you in the states dont you think

Like Gem said you get 3 sets of numbers. We never got ours but when I called Tech support they gave me all numbers. We did get the numbers a couple of months after class.

hey I think its great that the systems need to be unlocked by a certified dealer!!
