How do I unlock the "station lock" on one extension, when i dont know the lock code? the system is a 1232 and the phones are kx-t7733 and kx-t7736.

try 777777 and the phone should unlock ,it is very common for the no 7 button to get stuck and 77 is the default for station lock/unlock and further 7's give it a password , try it
