Does anyone know if the KX-TD1232 has a feature like the ESI's service observing? Where you can listen to someone elses conversation without them knowing?

You can use the executive override feature, but that only allows you to barge into an existing call. You will still need to either use the mute feature while using speakerphone or you'll need a handset that allows you to mute out the transmitter.
