I have a customer with a KX-TA 1232 & a KX-TVS 110. At present the auto-attendant answrs all calls immediately. They want to add caller ID to the system. In looking through some previous posts, I am thinking I need to do the following:
1-Set up an answer delay of a few seconds on all AA ports 2- Set transfer sequence to FXA 3- set up Caller ID on the 1232
Does this look like it'll pretty much cover everything?

In the TVS110 at the UTILITY section, set WCID (Wait Caller ID) to about 5 seconds.
Also, the phone system must have the caller ID cards installed and turned on for the voicemail to see the info.
