We have a customer that has a KX-TA624 and is using several KX-T7885 Wireless phones as primary extensions. Two of the 7885's are not working and the problem is not the battery. We have not been selling the Panasonic for a couple of years and the customer apparently contacted Panasonic and was told these phones are discontinued. Does anyone know if they will still repair them? If not, is there somebody else out there that will repair these units and provide a warranty to the user?

Thanks,
Timbo

Yes, they will still repair them. We get them repaired by their Atlanta repair facility pretty frequently. Here's the contact information:

Panasonic CSD Repair Center
1225 Northbrook Parkway
Suite 1-216
Suwannee, GA 30024
(770) 338-6550 (V)
(770) 338-6557 (F)

There's a repair center near Philadelphia, but they frequently send stuff to Atlanta anyway. Sending the phones there directly will save some turnaround time.

We repair them all the time. Pressing on the screen somehow shortens the phone and goes blank.

We also carry refurbished ones.
