We have a KX-TD7680 which has gone rogue on us. It's registered to a TAW848. For some reason, the extension refuses to ring when any group to which it belongs is called, but it will receive direct calls just fine and it makes calls just fine. I tried *790, deregistration and reregistration to no avail. What in tarnation??? Thanks guys.

2 cell stations. 2 kx-td7690's and 1 kx-td7680. the 90's work fine. all are assigned to an icd group as individual extensions.

a gentleman from another board suggested i put the ps's into a ps ring group and then add that to the icd group (while deleting the individual extensions from the icd group). it worked ! ! ! :toast:
