OK, I have 2 96 port cabinets...Everything works great!! But, they use MCO keys for the co's and if they're on one line and another rings in they don't even get the first little ring or beep or anything so unless they're sitting there staring at their phone, they don't know that the second call is coming in. Anyone have any ideas? I know that this can be done. I just can't get the right programming in there.
