I have installed a KXTVA50 on a KXTD816. Evarything is working except there are no Message Waiting Lights lited when a message is left. Anyone got an idea why it isn't working. It did light the lamps as I was programming and testing. When I got finished with the total integration, the lamps nolonger lighted. I can turn on and off the lamps with a phone and I can have the vms call a phone when a message is left but no lamps.

make sure its set for the proper switch in the TVA. Check the COS in TVA.

check to see if message waiting is enable in mailbox settings!
