It's an oldie but it's been a goodie!! Anyway, the customer has always had the same administrator id and password...Well they're trying to get in to the system and cannot. They have rebooted it and everything but it won't recognize them. There is no one else that ever messes with the system so...Anyway, my question is, is there a way to reset the user id and password and does someone know how to do this? Or is the system dying?
Thanks!!

Some of the Courier's will only require the user I.D only.I have tried user I.D plus password and could not get in.
But on alot of them the passwords have not been set.Have the try just the user I.D (default) and then enter.See if it works.
Let me know if it doesnt and I will dig up how to reset it if theres a way.
