We have a TVS50 and would like to change the Dial By Name feature to use first name instead of last name. As I understand it, the way to do this is to enter the names in the mailboxes as Last Name First Name and then re-record prompt 132. The problem is that I don't know how to re-record a prompt. Any suggestions?

If you enter mailbox 998 you can follow the instructions from there. Dial the extension number for your voice mail system, or anything you need to do to get it to answer your call. It does not matter how you get in. Wait for answer, then dial #6*998 and listen to the options available. Hopefully, if mailbox 998 is password-protected, you have the password. It's not too complicated to follow the instructional prompts from that point to re-record system prompts.
