hugeoso Member Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 2 Los Angeles	Having a problem with KXTVA50 handling the call on a KXTA624 Phone system! The VM is configured with 2 company greetings and 2 Custom Service menus for 2 different trunk groups. My problem is when VM pick up the call and transfer the call, the line is drop and the intercom is keep ringing. Station 107 is showing on the ring station. The VM can transfer to the mailbox fine; however, it seems like it is not holding the lines during transfer. Does any body have this similar problem? I have checked the integration parameters for the transfer, and they are FX (flash and extension number.) Is there other place that I need to check? The Rom version on KXTA624 is Y451G041027(M). Thanks ahead for any tips.
