So, ya know -- I'm team Avaya, but I installed a Panasonic KXTD 824 with the basic VM card because the price was right for a particular client.
So I'll keep it short and simple:
I've got all of the feature codes and DSS buttons set up, the problem I have is that annoying basic voicemail card not having any voice prompting.
Any way to make it easier for my client to use? Or do you guys just avoid it all together.
Secondly, seems like that DISA is a joke unless you add the second card because of the single channel. Any tips on that? The mapping seems too simple.
