I originally programmed a td816 several years ago, we was a certified dealer at the time. now the client wants to add another line (CO3) and it will be a private line to several selected phones. The problem is is that we can not find the dealer manuals and I can not rememeber how to do so. Can someone help us to do this. I did call Panasonic Directly and they said we must be a current certified dealer. Thanks for any help you can provide. Sincerely

Bill

Do a search for the panasonic manual.I have found it numerous times mainly in england. I would suggest you look at pgm 400, 605 and 606
