Does anyone have experience with this card. I can't get it to give an ogn to an incoming co. call. It seizes the line after 3 rings but no message, just a slow busy signal. Thanks

there is something that you key in from jack 01 when the card is initially installed did you do that the info was on a sheet that came with the card? did you also set line to BV mode?

I used the instructions that came with the card and also used the pc to program the card from the utility menu. I tried the aa selection and bv mode . The co. lines were set disg and ogm.We can play back the message that we installed on the card but it still will not give a ogm to a caller. It trips the incomming ring and gives a slow busy signal. Thanks Pat
